1. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

• 30-day return window from delivery date

• Items must be:
  ✓ Unused with original packaging
  ✓ Including authenticity card & dust bag
  ✓ Free of odors or alterations

Process:

1. Email service@Hnssxx.com with:

   • Order number

   • High-resolution photos of item

   • Reason for return

2. Receive prepaid shipping label (EU/US customers only)

3. Full refund processed within:

   • 3 business days (credit cards)

   • 5 business days (bank transfers)

Note: Custom orders are final sale

2. Exchanges

Available Options:
✔ Leather color exchanges (within same collection)
✔ Hardware finish changes
✖ Style/model changes require new purchase

How to Exchange:

1. Initiate request within 14 days of delivery

2. Pay €50 refurbishment fee (waived for defects)

3. Return original item via insured shipping

4. Receive new item within:

   • 10 days (in-stock items)

   • 30 days (special orders)

3. Damaged/Defective Items

Immediate Action Required:

1. Within 24 hours of delivery:

   • Email clear photos/video of damage to service@Hnssxx.com

   • Preserve all packaging materials

2. We will:

   • Arrange complimentary pickup (global)

   • Provide replacement from current stock

   • Or offer full refund + €100 credit

Special Note for Leather Goods:

• Natural grain variations are not considered defects

• Minor patina development is expected
