1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.Hnssxx.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these legally binding terms.

2. Artisanal Products

• Each handbag is individually crafted - minor variations in leather grain and stitching are characteristics of authentic craftsmanship

• Natural leather patina development is expected and not considered defective

3. Order Process

• Custom orders require 50% non-refundable deposit

• Production begins only after final approval of materials

• Standard lead time: 4-6 weeks (express 2-3 weeks for +30% fee)

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs protected under Italian Design Patent No. 102021000012345

• Unauthorized reproduction prohibited (minimum €10,000 penalty)

5. Shipping & Customs

• Customers responsible for:
  ✓ Import duties (calculated at checkout for EU/US)
  ✓ Providing accurate customs documentation

6. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Covers:
✔ Structural stitching defects
✔ Hardware functional failures
Excludes:
✖ Normal wear and tear
✖ Damage from improper care

7. Dispute Resolution

• Arbitration required in Florence, Italy

• Governed by Italian law

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice.
